2. Nevada Law

These terms are governed by the State of Nevada. KeyVectra LLC andSimply Vegas Real Estate act in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Nevada Real Estate Division (NRED).

3. Liability

While our AI models strive for up-to-the-minute accuracy, the market fluctuates. Final real estate transactions are subject to formal contracts, appraisals, and standard closing procedures.
